Guide For Tenants

It is your responsibility, as a tenant of Advent Real Estate Services Ltd., to take all safety precautions necessary to not damage the sprinkler heads/system in your property. DO NOT touch sprinkler heads. If you think there is a problem with any of the sprinkler heads in your property, please report it to Advent immediately, fill in our Tenant Repair Request Form, and we will send a technician to fix the problem.
Always be aware of the location of the sprinkler heads/sprinkler system in your property.
Sprinkler heads are installed on ceilings or walls in condo and apartment buildings.
Some sprinkler heads may be located inside closets.
A slight impact to a sprinkler head may cause a flood.
Never hang items from sprinkler heads, such as, but not limited to: clothes hangers, clothing, plants, decorative items.

Note: Not all sprinkler heads have guards installed. Sprinklers do come in different colours and types.
