Tenant Repair Request Form
Please follow the guidelines below!
If you have an emergency outside of office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, please call our emergency line (604) 736-6478 and press 1.
Failure to provide us with your most up to date contact information could slow down any repair request that you submit. If you change your phone number or email address please let us know, simply email our Customer Care Team at email@example.com and state your new contact information. It is your responsibility to provide us with your most up to date contact information.
As the Province of BC moves into Phase 3, we are now addressing all repairs. We have requested that ALL our technicians wear masks, sanitize the immediate area of the job and of course social distance. Please be reminded that you are not required to be in the suite when repairs are being conducted.
Please follow the guidelines below. We will disregard any form submission that fails to comply.
- Only submit non emergency repairs.
- Only submit the form if your first and last name are on the Tenancy Agreement for the property, so we can identify you.
- Provide as much detail as possible about each repair request.
We will respond to all repair requests during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
