Please follow the guidelines below!
If you have an emergency outside of office hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, please call our emergency line (604) 736-6478 and press 1.
Failure to provide us with your most up to date contact information could slow down any repair request that you submit. If you change your phone number or email address please let us know, simply email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your new contact information. It is your responsibility to provide us with your most up to date contact information.
Due to the on going public health risk from the COVID-19 virus please be advised that we will be taking extra measures to minimize the risk of transmission and spread of this virus. We will be prioritizing services of repairs to essential services only and therefore deferring non-essential repairs to a time when it is deemed safe to do so. To reduce contact and potential transmission our trades may request you not be present during the repair and may request permission to enter the premises. While this may be an inconvenience to residents we are taking all necessary preventative measures to ensure minimal contact and transmission precautions are being taken for everyone’s protection and safety.
Please follow the guidelines below. We will disregard any form submission that fails to comply.
- Only submit non emergency repairs.
- Only submit the form if your first and last name are on the Tenancy Agreement for the property, so we can identify you.
- Provide as much detail as possible about each repair request.
We will respond to all repair requests during business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
