Failure to provide us with your most up to date contact information could slow down any repair request that you submit. If you change your phone number or email address please let us know, simply email our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your new contact information. It is your responsibility to provide us with your most up to date contact information.
COVID-19 STATEMENT: PLEASE READ ALL
As COVID 19 affects the global manufacturing industry, with work slow downs, and in some cases complete shut downs, we are experiencing higher than normal wait times for parts. This includes, plumbing parts, appliance parts and new appliances, electrical parts, and other manufactured goods used everyday by our service technicians. We ask for your patience and understanding as we are doing everything we can to expedite repairs during the current pandemic conditions.
We have requested that ALL our technicians wear masks, sanitize the immediate area of the work space, and of course, social distance. Please be reminded that you are not required to be in the property when repairs are being conducted.
Please follow the guidelines below. We will disregard any form submission that fails to comply.
- Only submit non emergency repairs.
- Only submit the form if your first and last name are on the Tenancy Agreement for the property, so we can identify you.
- Provide as much detail as possible about each repair request.
