Before you fill in this form, please follow the guidelines below, Advent will disregard any form submission that fails to comply.

  1. This form is for non emergency, tenant repairs only
  2. Do not submit this form for anything other than a non emergency, tenant repair request
  3. Your first and last name must be on the Tenancy Agreement for the property, otherwise you won't be in our database and we won't know who you are
  4. Be as detailed as possible when submitting this form

All non emergency repair requests will be responded to within regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

If you have an emergency, outside of office hours, phone our emergency line (604) 736-6478 and press 1.
